Delete your account

You can delete your account and everything in it whenever you like. It is immediate and it cannot be undone.

From the app

Open Hey Blop, go to your profile, and choose to delete your account. It happens straight away, and it is the fastest route because nobody has to read anything first.

Or ask us

Lost the phone, or cannot get into the app? Write to us from the address the account uses, at contact@heyblop.com, and say you want it deleted. We do it by hand and confirm when it is done. Writing from that address is how we know it is yours — there is no form to fill in.

What is deleted

Every night you have recorded, and the path they made.
Your alarms, sounds and settings.
Your email address, display name and birthday.
The account itself, so the email can be used to sign up again.

There is no deactivated state and no grace period in which we quietly keep everything. Nothing is kept and there is no copy to restore.

A Hey Blop subscription is not cancelled by this, because Google Play holds it and not us. Cancel it in your Play subscriptions first, or it will keep renewing for an account that no longer exists.
